The fake bounce and problems with it are one of the top topics on the
firetrust discussion forums.

There has been no response from Firetrust that can be seen as
constructive.

I haven't found a better tool for deleting and reporting spam for
Windows users with multiple accounts that they want/need to keep
separated or I'd switch.

Drop in to:
http://www.computercops.biz/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index&c=15
and give the search option a shot at bounce, do select the Firetrust
Category to narrow your search to just the Mailwasher program rather
than the whole computercops site.
