IMO...

Not very much. But the recipient should not be 'confused' about why
they got the notify; that is, their role should be identified, provider
for source/proxy, spamvertiser, open relay, upstream of a non-responsive
[spews or spamhaus listed] or whatever. Most of those take less than
half a line, unresponsive might take more than 1 line.

The notify isn't a place to be lecturing about anything, I don't think,
in spite of what the SC faq sez about comments
http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/126.html - add additional
comments to the spam report.

I like to notify unresponsives in the same mail that I'm notifying their
upstreams with - so they can see what I'm doing.

Mungeing advice is all over the place, ranging from those who notify
unmunged from the spammed address - which certainly facilitates
listwashing - to those who ubermunge and send from a throwaway or other
anonymizing strategy.
