[SpamCop-List] Clicking "Report Now" crashes Netscape 7

I can always tell when someone (Julian?) has been twiddling with the 
code because it almost always causes crashes related to sc use only. I 
believe the culprit frequently has to do with cookies (see other 
problems mentioned here in the last hour or so).

So once he's finished twiddling I'll be able to report again.
