The recent black listing of a range of Comcast addresses shows how
desperately a system to notify infected hosts/providers is needed.
Personally I'd prefer and aggregation model (rather than reporting each
incident separately) but anything is better than nothing.

Who better than SC / Iron Port to implement it?

Who thinks it's a good idea?

Who would use it?

Who would pay MORE to use it?
