The lottery scams seem to be run by Nigerians as well - and most 419 spams 
are not *really* sent from Nigeria... most are actually sent by Nigerians 
living outside of Nigeria, sometimes legal refugees, sometimes illegals.

Lottery scams from Spain (specifically) picked up right after Dutch police 
arrested 52 suspected of 419 scamming... :)
