If you are getting a lot of bounce messages, you won't want to be
reporting them to the admins who are bouncing them (and creating as
big a problem as spam).  Report as many as you can (only NOT thru
spamcop).

And if you get one with the original spam, report to the sending ISP
that someone is forging your name.  Report sent to abuse and security
using forgery as subject.  At one time, ISP's would sometimes respond
to that while they wouldn't to a spam complaint.  If they are thru
open proxies or compromised machines, then there is probably not much
you can do except filter them to trash and wait it out.  Usually the
spammer quits using that address after a while.
