There was a yahoo .uk server or server family which was so unreliable
about how they were reporting their IP sources that Ellen had turned off
the acceptability of them in their 'by' field - so it wasn't possible to
spamcop report anything with those headers.  You could only chop off the
top Received source line to get the parse and then manually report.

I gather that either it got turned back on or else the domainname of the
offending servers has been changed so that the parse won't 'bail' on
them anymore.
