[SpamCop-List] New SPAM ploy Suggest changes to Spamcop

I have noticed that at least 1 spammer is filling his spams with a number
of:

<A HREF=http://randomname.com></A>
<A HREF=http://randomname.org></A>
<A HREF=http://randomname.net></A>

Most of the time these are not real domains but sometimes they are and
Spamcop intercepts them link any other url

I suggest that SpamCop be changed to ignore links like the ones above that
can't be used to help the spammer make money. That way I will not have to
spend the time trying to determine if I should uncheck urls like
advertising.net etc.
