They've recently changed their configuration.  My bookmark for the site
has 'custom' configuration features, which was getting a 404 [file not
found] and I tho't the whole site was down.  When I started trying to
figure out what was up with SS and openrbl I was checking the
nameservice and GET.  The GET worked and showed me that there was some
limited accessibility at SS.  openrbl's GET didn't work, nor does the
name resolve.

oops.  I 'lied'.  openrbl is back.
