[SpamCop-List] What if it IS my ISP?

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm a bit confused by the red-letter admonition
which asks us to make sure the ISP in question on a SPAM report isn't our
own (the one we pay for).  What if it is?  Are we then supposed to refrain
from filing a SPAM report, even though it's SPAM that's involved?  I'm
unable to discover where courses of action are set forth, should that
particular admonition appear.  Thank you for any advice you can render.
