Oh yes, start too a new action against Microsoft at the European Commission,
for the damages that Microsoft did to the Internet when building a so
insecure software that can be so easily hacked by worms, spamwares and
adwares.

Now we know where to start: claim 500,000,000 Euros (or 610,000,000 US
dollars), to be given to a worldwide Internet security organization that
will develop and promote the adoption of newer and more secure standards for
emails, with very restrictive policies that all ISPs will need to apply, and
that will help to promote the adoption of anti-abuse laws for the web, and
that will assist legally victims of spams trying to prosecute their
authors...
