SP2 RC1 has been available for download for over a week. It's beta and
there is a special set of NGs for it. It's a huge "patch," close to 300
Megs.

I am a bit discouraged by the comments by the beta testers; but if it
improves XP it's a good thing. However, I suspect that the general rule of
patches that for every 10 problems you fix, you create at least one new
one.
