I do not envy you with that task. I can't imagine rebooting 2000 machines
after installing a 300Meg patch and having all of them boot up normally.
I suspect the firewall change is an attempt to aid in dezombification of
the boxes out there. I also wonder what ISPs and others will think when
millions of users start to download this huge patch? Lots of bandwidth
usage and failed partials. I assume that with this patch you will be able
to download one copy and have all the machines on your network access it
locally. Otherwise it could shut you down.
