Same problem here (about 4000 bounces etc. in one week). I've
created a new folder "Bounces" and some new sort rules:

The old solution was "mail to unused addresses goes to Junk".
I've then sent the complete "Junk" to SC quick reporting (excl.
worms handled directly on the POP server). For some days I've
deleted numerous bounces manually in my Junk folder, but now I
simply collect From: postmaster@ / mailer-daemon@ in the new
folder "Bounces".

I still have to check the remaining "Junk" manually for other
bounces (vacation messages, From: headers without a "@", etc.),
but most mails in "Junk" are (again) reportable junk.

Spammers are stupid, any MX supporting SPF rejects spam "from"
a faked claranet.de address not sent from a claranet.de IP.

                    Bye, Frank
