I have no explanation for the 17 result. Someone else is going to
have to handle that one.

There was a database dump back around 5 March, if I recall correctly.
This may explain the "no record" description. And with the "dialup"
description, perhaps that account got whacked sometime between your log
entry and the bl check today?
