Wait until Der Richter has to list his spammers aka "contractors" who are
probably all felons and wait until they have to list the computers they
"use" to sent the spam - all hijacked zombies. As at the end of Alice in
Wonderland, we find that they are all nothing more than a deck of
cards. 
Of course, if Der Richter's liars (GnuYawkSpeak for lawyers) can shop a
judge, then it might be a problem. And the famous 9th Circuit court might
side with the poor downtrodden spammers having their rights trampled upon.
I have heard that you can indict a ham sandwich, but in today's clime, you
might win.
