| I was addressing Richter's case against SpamCop & IronPort for damages
| and injunctive relief for interfering with his ability to perform his
| business, legitimate mass mailings.  Whatever kinds of problems he has
| with whether or not he disobeyed can spam is not an issue here.  The
| issue is whether or not spamcop's shielded lying reporters are
| interfering with his business.  SpamCop is not the NY AG.
