Does Richter have to prove the loss in revenue?
Will he show the takings and names and addresses of his customers, and the
effect of his emails being blocked? Can he show that the servers being
blocked were actually his, not the IPs of the proxys? Discovery is a
wonderful thing.
I have blocked several spam emails with out even reading them, am I going to
be hunted down by the American legal systems? Any one else here stopped spam
before the user read it? WOW are you in trouble. You have broken the tort of
the first part of the second part of the tort...... or somethin like that.
The shit is worried, of course he is. His business has a few more months to
run, that is all, a few months. He should just jump ship now, and save his
Daddy a big bill.
SPAM is on its last legs, time for him and his fellow spammers to get out of
the business without a multi million debt and a prison sentence. Surely even
spammers can not be stupid enough not to see the writing on the wall? So
come on Ralsky, Richter, Henderson get the suits pressed, search through the
sits vacant and get a real job before its too late.
