Might be right, but your page says "Please provide a reference to a web
page or other evidence that the owner of the email address actually wants
to receive spam reports" - has anyone actually checked on that? the NCTA
website gives only a phone number to report cable theft, not an email.
Google doesn't find that email address anywhere - you're just assuming
that the person at the MPAA is correct?
