Read the article more carefully, and remove all the marketing fluff.

All it appears to say is that Microsoft is whitelisting anything that comes
from the Ironport Bonded Sender to into their mail servers to keep their
content filters from accidentally deleting it.

It is not really a partnership, just an advertisement for Microsoft e-mail
services disguised as a press release.

Anyone that has decided to whitelist Ironport's Bonded Sender could issue
almost the same text as a press release.

The only "partnership" issue is that it also gives some free advertising to
Ironport as a one-shot deal.
