True, but addresses intended to be used by the world in general to send
things in often are.

It may well be correct, I'm just not sure it's safe to assume.

And while looking at the page, I noticed that your link to the Central
Bank of Nigeria is broken - the page now seems to be at
http://www.cenbank.org/aboutus/contacts.asp
