Maybe not the police - I am not sure. I think you can file a complaint if
you get a letter like that.
Accusing someone of f-ing his mother may not be a threat per se, but it's
actionable. I don't lead a sheltered life and where I come from if someone
said that to my face they would be history. And saying fu to me would be
grounds for a sexual harrassment suit, straight as I am, but my fists
would probably arrive first.
I would make life for him totally miserable since he seems to be on the
edge already. Just ease him over the cliff. :)
