Actually on concidering this, I think the TRO is a huge loss for
Richter.  Think about it, the TRO specifically enjoins Spamcop/
Ironport from reporting Richters "marketing emails" to anyone
but him, and requires that the reports be unmunged.

To comply with the order spamcop/ironport can reasonably ask
for notification of all of Richters marketing runs, subjects,
from addresses, and servers, or they can ask that he include
some unique to him header field that they can look for all
so that they can comply with the Judges order.
