As pointed out - this is a text-only (not HTML) newsgroup.

The order was vacated before it became effective. The judge determined 
that the simplistic argument offered was not sufficient. Therefore, in 
effect there is no TRO and if SpamCop does anything while the matter is 
pending, it is not because of an order.
