The following appears on the paste-in reporting form:

"All donations will be kept in a separate account and will be used 
solely for the defense of any legal actions brought against SpamCop or 
its parent company, IronPort Systems, Inc."

This would seem to indicate that donations will be used for other 
lawsuits (if any).  Not scooped into other revenue streams or general 
accounts.
