[SpamCop-List] SpamCop never finds plain text links

I'm getting tired of SpamCop not finding the plain text links in plain text 
spam.  I generally notice this when a spam passes the filters and end up in 
my InBox (so I manually report), but I know it's happening with spam that 
is trapped also.

Why is this happening?  It seems to me that anything starting with http:// 
should be considered a link!
