We have Dells too, and employee discounts, but the only ones receiving
e-mails from Dell are people who subscribed.

Work e-mail is for work e-mail. Yes, we may send funnies, but when
something official is sent from HR, it pertains to the company or to that
person's employment with us.

The company I work for is surprisingly above-board in this new world of
ours. It's the main reason I took the job. I've had to deal with a few
things like "quit sending me confirmation of my invoices" and "I don't want
to know about the company", but other than that, I'm not too concerned about
our e-mail being perceived as spam.

I still want a shot at that mail admin who treated me like a big dummy.
