Actually, IMHO, she is closer to a solution when she mentions getting
the word out to the masses. If there were a general demand for ISPs to
use blocklists, then the problem of receiving spam would certainly be
reduced. And might create a problem for spammers or create a 'nice'
internet neighborhood and a section across the tracks. The main
problem is that not enough pressure is being put on the *sending* end
because ISPs don't know how to handle the whiners.
