While I haven't done any analysis to see if mail servers are up, down,
or sideways, I can report that some time between 1600 EDT 20 May 2004
and 0930 21 May 2004, email submission stopped responding for me as
well.  I get no errors from the mail servers that I am sending from,
but I never see the "Report now" link.  I'm using the same mail
servers and same MUA that I have been successfully using for months.
