Thanks for all of your replies.  However, I've discovered the 
problem.  It's seems after almost 8 years of internet service
with my provider (from dialup to dsl), they have decided to start 
blocking port 25 (Which explains why I couldn't linkup with 
VMX?.spamcop.net [Error 10060]) and insisting that all mail be routed 
through their servers. The catch is,  they Outbound-Scan mail for spam, 
virus....etc. (which explains why I can't send report emails through my 
isp) So, almost none of the reports get from me to spamcop.net.  Can't 
use ISP's Mailguard system to block incoming spam because it trashes to 
many emails that are legit and I can't afford that.

Is my only solution copy and paste if I can't convince them to 
turn port 25 back on????
