Not blocking port 25 outbound from the whole network. Instead, they plan 
to identify compromised machines and update the infected users cable 
modem to block port 25 for that user only.

I hope it works, Spam^WComcast is currently responsible for around 40% 
of my spam load. Of course, the spammers will just move on to other 
networks, but anything that causes them pain is a Good Thing(tm).
