[SpamCop-List] SPF and reports.spamcop.net

How are we supposed to reply to ISP replies to SpamCop reports from our own
systems using the [reportid]@reports.spamcop.net syntax when the ISP uses
SPF (Sender Policy Framework, formerly Sender Permitted Form, reference
http://spf.pobox.com/)? This is currently prohibited by the TXT record for
reports.spamcop.net, which states "v=spf1 ip4:206.14.107.96/27 -all",
meaning "for mail with an SMTP Envelope Sender (MAIL FROM) address ending in
reports.spamcop.net, accept from 206.14.107.96/27 and deny from all others".
