3) Set the browser to the encoding of the original message (Unicode,
Cyrillic, etc.) before pasting the spam into the SC Window.

This 3rd method works only if the original message had any true encoding to
show certain non-ASCII characters.  It does not work for all those spams
with invalid encodings, or where spammers maliciously inserted invalid
multibyte characters purely to disrupt SpamCop.
