[SpamCop-List] "SpamCop encountered errors"

FYI, I am getting a butt-load of "spamcop encountered errors" when
quick-reporting from mail. Please advise whoever needs to be notified of
this problem and get it fixed. I just reported over 1000 junk mails from
the past couple of days and about 2/3 to 3/4 of them came back as "spamcop
encountered errors."
