I didn't say Netscape.
Netscape's Mozilla engine was originally based on NCSA Mosaic.
The Mozilla Foundation browser uses the Gecko engine which is quite 
departed from the Netscape Communicator engine, probably the only thing in 
common is the UI. Netscape Gecko (6/7) was a AOL vender port of Mozilla 
Gecko.
If you were referring to AOL Netscape 7 (which I wasn't), it no longer 
"is".
