[SpamCop-List] Unsubscribing from a list

Hi,

I'm on a majordomo mailing list for a piece of software and I tried to 
unsubscribe by using the advertised method of doing so. I got a message 
back from majordomo telling me that I wasn't a list member and thus I 
could not be unsubscribed, but I am definitely subscribed as I keep 
getting mail from the list. In majordomo's reply there was an email 
address listed for problems with the list, so I sent a message to that 
address explaining the problem and asking to be unsubscribed. I got no 
reply, and I'm still getting mail from the list.

Should I start reporting list messages as spam? They are unsolicited, 
and sent in bulk, so I guess it applies. I don't see any other way of 
getting someone's attention.
