Over the last couple of weeks (poor data before that),
I've been noticing that there seems to be a low in the
hourly rate from roughly 18:00 to 03:00 GMT
(afternoon and evening in North America). The
North American overnight rate is double or triple.
Bring in the death penalty for repeat spammers.
