[SpamCop-List] nhicolo.com - time to bitch to upstream?

In the past couple of months I've been getting spam originated from
nhicolo.com. Spamhaus: http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/sbl.lasso?query=SBL18585.
So it appears that they are either awfully friendly to the spammers or are
spammers themselves. The spamvertised websites are hosted either on Qwest 
(actually, on Veritex who according to Spamhaus are spammers) or on 
integratix/mci/level3. Anyone knows anything about
those guys and whether it is time to start bitching to upstreams and see if 
that does any good?

BTW, none of the hosts of the spamvertised websites appear to be doing 
anything about them. *Sigh*
