There was a discussion about that starting Nov 4 in the thread in this
ng

original subject was:  'RFE: Decode and report URLs used in JavaScript
events' but it's RFE got amputated by OE's b0rken Re remover.

but I don't have the msg ids or a google link to the pipermail [google
is a little sick right now].
