Try the Web interface (once).  You can use a real spam (copy
& paste) and then report it, or use any mail and then cancel
the report.  You probably missed the transition to the new
password system.  One manual report with the Web interface
should fix this (you get all necessary instructions).  If it
doesn't work immediately try to get your "Preferences" page:

As soon as SC knows you again close your browser, start it
again, and test another report with the Web interface.  If
that works test submission by mail.
