Ellen's comment on the undercover tweak actually was to address the
thread which was initiated about what happened Mon Sep 20 that changed
things most recently.
My 'new' thread here was initiated about what was the condition of the
stats a year ago, which changed dramatically in July, and then changed
again dramatically Monday.
So, addressing the larger issue and the tweaking would become a lot more
complicated; as it is likely that tweaks take place all of the time and
'snowball' themselves into complete makeovers evolutionarily over the
course of a year or 3 months which can't be easily described.
