The problem may be that United Internet (1&1, Schlund, GMX, Kundenserver, ...)
is one of the largest web hosting companies (hosting 4,500,000 domains) in
Germany/Europe. In such a big company you always will have some 'rotten apples'.
So the question is how fast the abuse desk reacts and shuts down such rogue
customers. In my personal experience I would say they are more white hat but the
reaction time of the abuse desk sometimes seems a little bit slow.
