I'm not a fan of rfc-ignorant;  EL isn't going to pay any attention to
being listed there;  and getting EL listed there only has the potential
to cause me some kind of problem, not some kind of solution.

Besides, rfc-ig doesn't have a category for noncompliant Received
tracelines.

It has categories for DSN <>, postmaster, abuse, whois, and bogusmx.

spamcop.net is currently listed in rfc-ig in 2 categories, and Julian
doesn't agree that the rfc-ig listing is appropriate.  But, there you
go.
