My mistake. I assumed since SC and its forums are about email spam, that 
that was what was being talked about.

No it doesn't. If one desires that level of blocking, they need to set 
up their own dns server (which they then have their gear use for 
look-ups), create a zone file for esomniture.com (as an example), and 
then have some blocking fun.
