| Well, put me down as someone who is very glad that SC *IS* allowing
| backscatter and email worms/viruses to be reported.  They are
| unsolicited because I didn't consent to have my email address forged.
| They are bulk because the content of these bounces and virus
| notifications are substantially the same.  And, of course, they are
| email.  As a result, they are UBE and therefore spam as far as I'm
| concerned.
