You've just accomplished it.  I'm just a user, but SC 
is a user-supported system, and the PTB do frequent 
these groups.  You'll get the fastest and most accurate 
answers here.
   If your question can't be answered here for whatever 
reason,you'll often be given a deputy address or other 
email contact, or even a FAQ which, although the 
information is all there, aren't the best in the world 
for the newcomer.

Don't put personal/sensitive information here, but go 
ahead and ask your questions right here.  If you go to 
spamcop.net you'll find the basic rules, etc linked 
there, but these groups are the main line of support.
