[SpamCop-List] SpamCop bug?

I just registered for a new free reporting account. When I log in using 
the link in the email from SpamCop Authorization System, I am taken to 
the ISP Control page, not the Report Spam Page.

Also, when at the site map page (http://www.spamcop.net/sitemap.shtml) 
and click the link for Spam Reporting under Member Functions I am also 
sent to the ISP control center page.

I can't find a way to report or set up mailhosts :/
