[SpamCop-List] MSN Hosted Domains

When Spamcop parses a spam and sees it hosted by MSN the report only goes to
abuse at hotmail.com. According to a reply from an MSN address in the whois:

If you wish to report an email or domain name abuse, please contact
abuse_personaladdress at css.one.microsoft.com.
