SPAMers are the bane of our lives, however they make money offering a 
service to dubious companies.
So what happens to this money ? Anyone been thinking that some could be 
acting as a source of revenue for some
'terrorist' organisations. If so, then why isn't the government taking more 
of a proactive interest...  thereagain, depends
I suppose upon who's terrorist their seen to be funding, the US govt didn't 
do much about NORAID ...
