[SpamCop-List] reports question?

Hi,

	I'm new to reporting spam with spamcop, and I have a question regarding 
the addresses that reports are sent to. Using the following report as an 
example:

http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z795554546zcf870bd3b74368bf40f8cfb902cd6acez

	Could someone please tell me why abuse at bcharrispub.com or 
abuse at alumniconnections.com is not notified? I know they have a working 
abuse address, though it's not listed at whois.abuse.net. They're the 
ones who are actually in a postion to do something about it.
